Great salon. A real jewel in the center of Georgia--who'd have thought?
I'd Iris do my hair and she or he did an attractive job cutting and coloring my hair. I've very thick, lengthy hair and she or he didn't have issues.
The inside is extremely spacious and stylish and it appears as though something that needs to be up by Boston or New You are able to, in most reality. They've many stylists and they're there to dedicate yourself the customer, not themselves. You are able to really tell they have passion.

After waiting twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment time (that we had made three days prior), I requested the receptionist to indicate my stylists, Christie, since i have had not met her. She wasn't even midway through drying out another customer's (very lengthy, very curly) hair. The receptionist stated I ought to "only" need to wait 10 more minutes, but I saw it would take a minimum of fifteen minutes more.
I realize that things show up which running behind is typical within this industry, however the least Christie might have done was apologize on her tardiness and explain the problem. Rather, I had been left a slave to for pretty much 30 minutes without any explanation of the items was happening. Time is equally as valuable as anyone's, and when I am likely to pay (and tip) for any service, I expect to appear inside my appointment time or very soon after.
Obviously, I left without getting my haircut, and can look elsewhere for any stylist.
I'll state that the receptionist was very kind and apologetic after i woke up to depart. Otherwise, I had been overlooked the whole time.

I'm biracial (Korean & Black) and also have the "other" haired. Not straight, not kinky, not korean, not black or whitened. It has been hell looking for somebody that will do the job. Finally, finally, finally.... I've discovered Sonny "Hi Sonny if you are reading through this". A black friend known me to Sonny.
The professionals:
#1 and many important - I had been out and in in forty-five minutes avg. With color it's longer but services are immediate, it's fast. No travelling gossiping, speaking, talking, responding to the telephone, checking makeup, waiting on irons to warm up, yadda yadda yadda.
#2 - She's Affordable!!!!!!!!!!!! $25 For Any Clean And Elegance! $35 Should You ADD TRIM. $55 FOR Clean,Color And Style!!!! You ladies realize that these costs are like welfare prices! But it is not really a welfare cut! My hubby stated my hairstyle looked Costly!!! Whattt!!!!!!
#3 - She straightens my hair without having to put a lot of product inside it.
#4 - She suggests other kinds, colors, etc. She does not simply do hair again and again. She takes the initiative and will get you to definitely try something totally new. That's greater than a hair stylist. This is a stylist.
Give Sonny a go. Unsure how comfortable another women experience doing hair that isn't the feel of the whitened girl's but she's really worth trying. I usually redid my hair after i visited the hairstylist since it wasn't quite right. Forget about.
